I got fed up with recruiters trying to pigeonhole me and tempt me into other search firms. They were so focused on their mandates that it wasn’t about me, but I get it—that wasn’t their job.

So, I hired a coach to help me clarify my objectives, map out my next steps, and stay accountable.

I know it sounds crazy coming from a headhunter, but it’s true – you can’t see the wood for the trees!
